JMB jet engines are result of years of experience matured with a lot of time of
debugging both to the bench that in flight.
The design of the reverse flow and the use of automotive derivation personalized
wheels(compressor and turbine), confers to these turbines some advantages as
bearings less stressed and fuel consumption reduced, thanks to a light thermal
cycle regeneration.
Besides, typical "sound" of the reverse flow, gives a touch of full scale, never bad in the
modelling.
All details are done using CNC milling giving maximum precision where tolerances of exercise are
required.
Used materials are supplied from certified suppliers, operate for a long time with big international firms and therefore of
undisputed reliability.
According these features, JMB jet engines bring the CE declaration.
Compressor wheel is made in high tensile strength Al A355 micro-casted alloy and radial inflow turbine wheel is Inconel
713C micro-casted nickel super-alloy which assures operation temperatures up to 760°C.
Burners are made in Inconel 601 super-alloy, combustor and turbine NGV are made heat-resist stainless steel AISI
310S.
Cold parts are made in Anticorodal 6082 aluminium alloy and hybrid bearings GRW or GMN.
The peripherals, as kerosene pump and solenoids, are long time tested and whole made in Italy.
JMB jet engines are controlled by ProJet Hornet 3 ECU, which is for global reputation, the most reliable and modern ECU
market can offer, giving a complete safety and total control of the turbine.
Whole assistance of turbines, is served in Italy as the producer.
All turbines are supplied with 2 years or 25 hours warranty and complete set up shown in the pictures.
